smoothie recipe: winter smoothie

I don’t know how about you guys, but I could just lay in bed doing nothing but eating ice cream all day when it’s so cold outside and days are so short. I know it’s maybe not that good for my body, but it’s just so damn good for my state of mind :D …but yeah, I had to stop doing this and I’ve decided to find a healthy substitute. So here you go – winter smoothie recipe:

1INGREDIENTS: 1 cup of greek yogurt + 2 bananas + 5 teaspoons of honey + 1 cup of pineapple juice + 1 cup of orange juice + 1 teaspoon of ground cinamon
